Job summary

Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP Logistics Consultant to guide customers through S/4HANA and cloud transformations. You will design and implement SAP logistics solutions across MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM and related processes, and take ownership of logistics workstreams in complex programs.

You will work with a collaborative SAP team, help simplify end-to-end supply chains, and explore practical opportunities for SAP Business AI and cloud capabilities that enhance logistics decisions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in SAP consulting within logistics or supply chain.
• Deep expertise in at least one SAP logistics domain (MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM).
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA projects and logistics transformations.
• Strong process knowledge and ability to configure and justify pragmatic SAP solutions.
• Fluent German (C1) and good written/spoken English.

As a Senior SAP Logistics Consultant, you will guide customers through S/4HANA and cloud transformations-from understanding their challenges to designing solutions that make everyday work better.

When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Senior SAP Logistics Consultant, you

• Design and implement SAP logistics solutions in your specialist area, such as Sourcing and Procurement/MM, Sales/SD, Manufacturing/PP, EWM, TM or related processes
• Connect your area of expertise with adjacent end-to-end supply-chain processes and help customers simplify, optimise and digitalise them
• Take ownership of logistics workstreams in SAP S/4HANA and cloud transformation projects - from discovery and fit-to-standard workshops through solution design, configuration, testing and go-live support
• Listen carefully to the people behind the processes, understand what makes their daily work difficult and translate those insights into pragmatic SAP solutions
• Advise customers on SAP best practices, fit-to-standard processes, clean-core principles and sustainable solution architectures
• Explore practical opportunities for SAP Business AI, Joule, data and cloud capabilities that can improve logistics decisions and user experience
• Work closely with business consultants, developers, architects and integration specialists to deliver coherent, scalable solutions
• Build trust with stakeholders, facilitate workshops and turn business requirements into clear priorities and actionable designs
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing your expertise to customer conversations, proposals and solution concepts
• Share your experience generously, coach colleagues and remain open to learning from the different perspectives within our team

Who we are looking for

• At least five years of professional experience in SAP consulting within logistics or supply chain
• Deep expertise in at least one SAP logistics domain - such as MM, SD, PP, EWM or TM - combined with a sound understanding of adjacent end-to-end processes
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA projects and logistics transformation initiatives
• Strong process knowledge and the ability to configure, explain and defend pragmatic solution choices
• Confidence in leading workshops and communicating with business and IT stakeholders at different levels
• A customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset and the willingness to take ownership
• Fluent German at C1 level or above, plus good written and spoken English

Topics you can grow into

You do not need to be an expert in every emerging technology. We value curiosity and will support you in developing your knowledge in areas such as SAP BAIP, clean-core extensibility, integration, SAP cloud solutions, Joule and data-driven supply-chain scenarios.

SAP certifications and ABAP knowledge are welcome, but not essential.
