Tieto Tech Consulting is hiring a Senior SAP Project Manager to drive SAP S/4HANA and Cloud ERP transformation programs. Lead end-to-end delivery from concept to go-live with cross-functional and international teams, ensuring value creation and measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and fluency in German and English, with a flexible hybrid work model across our German locations including Regensburg and Berlin.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as an SAP Project Manager, ideally in large-scale S/4HANA programs.
• Proven track record managing complex IT projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience with agile and/or hybrid project methodologies (e.g. SAP Activate, Scrum).
• Ability to discuss in German and English (spoken and written).

• Take the lead in high-impact SAP projects, focusing on SAP Cloud ERP transformation journeys from idea to go-live.
• Own the full project lifecycle: scope, timeline, budget, risks and quality.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, shaping their digital and SAP transformation roadmap.
• Steer complex project setups and ensure smooth delivery across cross-functional and international teams.
• Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
• Drive projects with focus on value creation, transparency and measurable outcomes.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and enable fast decisions.
• Bring innovation by leveraging cloud, automation, and modern SAP architectures (Cloud ERP, BTP).
• Support business growth through pre-sales, estimations and project planning.
• Build strong customer relationships and be the go-to person for project topics.

• Drive projects with a strong focus on value creation, transparency and measurable outcomes
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and make sure decisions happen fast
• Bring innovation into delivery by leveraging cloud, automation, and modern SAP architectures (e.g. Cloud ERP, BTP, Business Applications, BDC)
• Support business growth through pre-sales, estimations and project planning
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a go-to person for all project-related topics

Who we are looking for

• Several years of experience as an SAP Project Manager, ideally in large-scale S/4HANA programs
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ERP and transformation methodologies
• Profound know-how in either Finance, Logistics, Data or Technical SAP tools and processes
• Proven track record in managing complex IT projects in enterprise environments
• Experience with agile and/or hybrid project methodologies (e.g. SAP Activate, Scrum)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate) is a plus
• Ability to handle discussions in German and English (spoken and written)
