Job summary

Energize Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO professional to join our internal IT team in Frankfurt. You will lead SAP FI/CO optimisations, customise, and drive the digitalisation of finance processes with SAP Fiori and cloud-based solutions.

You will work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, support bank integrations, travel expenses and invoice processing, and provide training and 2nd/3rd line support.

Qualifications

University degree in Business, Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent.
At least 3 years of professional SAP FI/CO experience.
Strong SAP FI customising experience is required.
Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and SAPUI5/Fiori.
Structured, independent and hands-on with good problem solving and communication skills.
Very good German and good English language skills.
Willingness to travel 10–20% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

Act as the central point of contact for SAP FI/CO applications across the organisation.
Support and further develop SAP FI/CO solutions and own assigned systems and processes.
Participate in SAP finance projects and manage workstreams.
Drive digitalisation of finance processes via SAP Fiori and cloud-based apps.
Support bank integration, travel expenses and invoice processing solutions.
Collaborate with finance departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement SAP solutions.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and troubleshoot complex issues.
Deliver user training and practical guidance to business users.

Join an international organisation as part of an experienced internal IT team, where you will play an active role in the digital transformation of finance processes. With a strong focus on SAP FI/CO and modern finance solutions, you will work closely with business stakeholders to optimise existing processes and implement new technologies.

Tasks

Act as the central point of contact for SAP FI/CO applications across the organisation.
Support and further develop SAP FI/CO solutions, taking ownership of assigned systems and processes.
Participate in SAP finance projects, taking responsibility for workstreams and solutions following an appropriate onboarding period.
Drive the digitalisation of finance processes through technologies such as SAP Fiori and cloud-based applications.
Support solutions covering areas such as bank integration, travel expenses and invoice processing.
Work closely with finance departments, process owners and key business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective SAP solutions.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring stable system operations.
Deliver user support and practical training to business users.

Profile

Degree in Business, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
3 years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO.
Strong SAP FI customising experience.
Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and SAPUI5/Fiori.
Structured, independent and hands-on approach to work.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Very good German and good English language skills.
Willingness to undertake occasional business travel, approximately 10-20%.
