Energize Recruitment Solutions partners with a leading German financial and investment firm to deliver SAP FI/CO expertise during a major S/4HANA transformation. The role focuses on customizing, configuration, and ongoing support within a modern SAP landscape.

You will collaborate with finance stakeholders, drive automation and process improvements, and have the opportunity to work across BTP, Fiori and SAP Build technologies. German fluency is required, and up to 50% remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP FI/CO experience.
• Experience in SAP FI/CO customizing and configuration.
• S/4HANA experience would be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
• Fluent German language skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the ongoing S/4HANA transformation and future SAP projects.
• Further develop and optimize SAP FI/CO processes within the modern S/4HANA environment.
• Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to design scalable SAP solutions.
• Take ownership of SAP FI/CO customizing, configuration and daily operational support.
• Support the introduction of new innovative SAP technologies (BTP, Fiori and SAP Build).
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with internal SAP experts across RE-FX, MM, BW, Basis and ABAP development.
• Opportunity to take on additional ownership responsibilities within newly established ITIL service structures.

The company is currently facing a major digitalization transformation journey. Following its SAP S/4HANA implementation later this year, they will focus on the modernisation & automation of its SAP landscape.
