Job summary

Nagarro SE in Germany seeks a Senior SAP CO/PS Consultant focusing on Discrete Manufacturing to drive FI/CO projects and SAP S/4HANA implementations across all project phases.

The role requires strong accounting know-how, SAP module expertise (FI/CO, CO-OM/PA/PC), German and English fluency, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant experience.
• Experience in external and internal accounting and knowledge of upstream logistics processes is preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP financial modules (FI/CO) and SAP controlling (CO-OM, CO-PA, CO-PC).
• Familiarity with current account accounting (FI-CA) and S/4HANA Finance is advantageous.
• Business fluent German and fluent English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Work on customer projects focusing on FI/CO modules in SAP environments.
• Implement and develop SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA solutions across project phases.
• Analyze and optimize customer accounting processes; ensure technical feasibility.
• Contribute to strategic topics and innovations in Nagarro's SP/finance domain.

Job Description

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions across transformation programs.
• Drive solution architecture and process optimization in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC).
• Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between Controlling, Finance, and Logistics processes.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including design, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Contribute to governance, best practices, and innovation in SAP Controlling and performance management.
• Experience with processes/projects for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry (DMI) is preferable

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling consulting and implementation projects.
• Deep expertise in CO-OM, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA (Margin Analysis), and CO-PC.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Controlling and Finance transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, profitability management, and management reporting processes.
• Experience integrating SAP Controlling with Finance (FI) and Logistics processes (MM, PP, SD).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, and Material Ledger.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;experience with SAP Project System (PS) is considered a strong advantage.
• Business fluent German and fluent English.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
