Diconium in Berlin is seeking a Salesforce-focused consultant to drive digital sales and CRM projects. You will shape processes, guide agile teams as Proxy Product Owner, and ensure Salesforce-based solutions meet client needs.

With strong German and English skills, you’ll connect strategy, UX and technical teams, and contribute to the operationalization of digital solutions across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Solid expertise in Digital Sales and CRM using Salesforce.
• Min. 3 years in automotive sales/marketing projects.
• Strong requirements management background.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent German and English (C1+).
• 6+ years of relevant experience in the role.
• Assist with Salesforce configurations tailored to customer needs.

What You Can Expect

• You will provide high-quality, technology-specific consulting in the Salesforce environment, offering expert guidance to our clients.
• You will manage projects independently and in a structured manner, always with a service-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• You will design processes and features for digital services and products within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• In agile projects, you may take on the role of Proxy Product Owner (PO), providing key support in driving the project forward.
• You will advise clients on the operationalization of digital solutions across the entire Customer Journey within the Salesforce context.
• Acting as the interface between strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation, you will ensure that customer requirements are successfully integrated into Salesforce solutions.
• You will perform requirements engineering and business process analysis, offering guidance on improving business processes.

What You Bring Along

• Solid expertise in Digital Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Salesforce.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector.
• Strong background and experience in requirements management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
• Fluent German and English skills are required (C1 level or higher).
• Strong abstract thinking and analytical abilities, enabling you to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, their features, and configuration options, paired with excellent technical understanding.
• You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in the role. Sharing your knowledge and experience with others is important to you.
• Additionally, you will assist with the operational implementation of Salesforce configurations, ensuring that technical solutions are perfectly tailored to customer needs.
