Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Frankfurt Hybrid

The Senior Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Managers to drive strategic growth and grow customer relationships across a defined regional territory and across a diverse portfolio of customers, managing both new business development and existing accounts.
You’ll be responsible for expanding AVEVA’s market presence, deepening customer relationships and expanding the customer base. This includes identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions through multiple go‑to‑market strategies, delivering revenue targets through effective coaching, territory planning and cross‑functional collaboration.
In addition to driving sales performance the Senior Sales Manager will oversee a sales team, monitoring performance, providing coaching and ensuring targets are met. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, conducting market research and delivering strategic insights and reports to senior leadership. Staying informed on product developments, competitor activity and market trends is essential.
This role requires a proactive leader with strong industry insight, sales expertise and the ability to navigate complex B2B environments. With regular regional travel (approx 30‑40% per annum) you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping AVEVA’s success in key European markets.
