The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive regional growth and market presence in the construction and building envelope sector. This is a strategic sales role for an experienced professional who knows the industry, understands technical solutions, and can build trusted relationships with key decision-makers.

You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and building relationships with architects, contractors, and developers, to securing high-value contracts and overseeing delivery. You’ll have the freedom to manage your time and travel — what matters most are results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow sales of insulated panels, roofing, and cladding systems, primarily for data centre and industrial projects.
  • Manage the entire regional sales strategy, including business development, key account management, and project pipeline forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, developers, and contractors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal production, engineering, and logistics teams across Europe and Dubai.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across target markets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical presentations.
  • Report directly to senior leadership, providing regular updates on market trends, opportunities, and performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in the construction materials industry, ideally with insulated panels, façade systems, or cladding solutions.
  • Strong existing network within the construction, data centre, and industrial sectors.
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Technically knowledgeable and able to discuss design and installation requirements with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously with a flexible schedule.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
