Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or Staatlich geprüfter Techniker in electrical/electronics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building, troubleshooting, or validating electronic or electromechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics circuits to component level using schematics and lab instrumentation.
• Experience with component rework and soldering techniques.
• Ability to read basic analog & RF schematics, including op amps, power supplies and filters.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications in English.
• Fluent in English and German, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Mentor Graphics for schematic entry.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Associate degree or a German "Staatlich geprüfter Techniker" qualification, or comparable expertise in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience building, troubleshooting, or validating electronic or electromechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics circuits to the component level using schematics and laboratory instrumentation.
• Experience with component rework and soldering techniques.
• Ability to read basic analog & RF schematics, including understanding of analog circuit elements such as op amps, power supplies, and filters.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, test procedures, and engineering documentation in English.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
• Familiarity with schematic entry tools such as Mentor Graphics.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, with an interest in expanding these responsibilities.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., LabVIEW, Python) for test automation and hardware validation.
• Experience with RF test equipment and RF circuit characterization, including spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and signal generators.
• Experience collaborating with international engineering and manufacturing teams
