YOUR MISSION
- Lead and execute the full recruitment life cycle for engineering and scientific positions, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and diversity targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment activities, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders.
- Manage external recruitment partners and oversee sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); liaise with ICT for system enhancements.
- Conduct candidate pre-screening interviews, schedule interview boards, and manage all related documentation.
- Organise and coordinate onsite interviews and candidate travel for final selection and medical checks.
- Prepare and deliver recruitment reports, metrics, and bi-annual service reviews.
- Represent the organisation at career fairs and networking events to strengthen employer branding.
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Proven 8+ years of experience managing recruitment processes, including best sourcing techniques, for technical, scientific or engineering roles — ideally in international or space-related organisations.
- Experience coordinating with external service providers and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills; ability to work autonomously under pressure.
- A structured, methodical approach — detail-oriented but capable of seeing the big picture.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools and employer branding practices.
- Experience managing travel for candidates’ interviews and medical checks.
- Bachelor’s degree (HR or related discipline preferred; a post‑graduate qualification in HR is a plus).
- Fluent level of English language, writing and speaking.
