you develop modern recruiting strategies and contribute fresh ideas
you manage external partners and negotiate contracts with a clear eye for the essentials
you have sound experience in international recruiting
you are confident in selection procedures, interview techniques and love to recognise potential
you understand technical contexts and have a genuine interest in innovative products
you also enjoy travelling within europe from time to time
you speak fluent German and very good English - other languages are a plus
