- Completed degree or training with a focus on HR, psychology, or business
- Several years of experience in international recruiting, ideally in the FMCG or scale-up environment
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and talent pipeline management
- Experience with recruiting systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, active sourcing, and analytics
- KPI-oriented, quality-focused thinking (“quality of hire” as a measure of success)
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Empathy, intercultural competence, and strategic thinking

As our Senior Recruiter – Global Sourcing (m/f/d), you’ll own the international full-cycle recruiting process – strategic and operational – across markets and functions. You’ll build strong pipelines, elevate the candidate experience, and drive data-driven, quality-focused recruitment. Your goal: create the foundation for an international recruiting team that supports IronMaxx’s growth sustainably.

Strategic & global
- Establishment and management of international recruiting in EU and non-European markets in collaboration with the Head of Recruiting
- Development of a global talent acquisition strategy for the group in collaboration with the Head of Recruiting
- KPI-based performance recruiting – focus on hire quality, not hire volume
- Close collaboration with management, HR, and specialist departments for targeted team building
- Co-design of international employer branding
Operational & hands-on
- End-to-end recruiting: from needs assessment to active sourcing to onboarding
- Use of international networks, job platforms, and partner agencies
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for key positions
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience – worldwide
- Supporting the development of standardized processes and tools (e.g., Personio, LinkedIn Recruiter)
