Black Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Recruiter (f/m/d) to lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized technical and operational roles. You will partner with hiring managers to identify needs, engage high-quality talent, and drive selections that shape the company's future.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement of recruitment processes using data and AI, while collaborating with the People team to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing development.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-growth environment.
• Ideally 5+ years of experience recruiting for the semiconductor, photonics, robotics or wider manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and build relationships with technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with technical hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• An analytical approach to recruitment, using data and hiring metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, is required.
