Black Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized technical and operational roles. You will partner with hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire talent shaping the company’s future.

The role requires 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, fluency in English and German, and a data-driven approach to improve recruitment processes. You’ll collaborate with the People team and stay ahead of semiconductor hiring trends.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally 5+ years of experience recruiting in semiconductor, photonics, robotics or broader manufacturing.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical approach using data and hiring metrics to improve hiring processes.
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter (f/m/d) who will lead end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized technical, as well as key operational roles, by partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire the people who will shape the future of Black Semiconductor. You'll play a key role in continuously improving how we attract and recruit talent.

• Develop and execute data driven talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across technical and business functions.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational as well as specialized roles, including engineering, R&D, IC design, process development, and manufacturing positions.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, advise on recruitment strategies, and support informed hiring decisions.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and documentation by leveraging data and AI to drive efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence.

• Collaborate with the People team to ensure recruitment, onboarding, and the wider employee lifecycle are delivered seamlessly.

• Stay informed on semiconductor hiring trends, talent market developments, and competitor activity to ensure our recruitment approach remains competitive.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-growth environment.

• Ideally 5+ years of experience recruiting for the semiconductor, photonics, robotics or wider manufacturing industry.

• Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and build relationships with technical talent for both current and future hiring needs.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with technical hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

• An analytical approach to recruitment, using data and hiring metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve hiring processes.

• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, is required.
