Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

1. Lead cross-functional R&D projects spanning devices, software, and assays, working closely with internal experts and external partners to bring new technologies to life.
2. Manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure project milestones are met.
3. Act as the central point of contact, bringing structure and clarity to fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
4. Facilitate collaboration across teams, navigate risks, and ensure quality and compliance.
5. Prepare project documentation and support the transition from development to manufacturing.

Minimum requirements

1. Strong background in a scientific or technical field, ideally with a Master’s or PhD.
2. 2–5 years of experience managing R&D projects, preferably in life science tools, diagnostics, or medtech.
3. Familiarity with bioimaging or biomedical devices and project management methods.
4. Certifications like PMP or experience with Agile/Lean are a plus.
5. Hands-on, communicative, solution-oriented, with the ability to balance big picture and day-to-day tasks.
