Zusammenfassung

TSL GmbH in Frankfurt, Germany, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery of large-scale data centre projects across Germany. You will oversee cost control, valuations, variations, procurement, and final accounts throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires experience on large-scale construction, knowledge of CSA and MEP environments, and strong stakeholder management. You will mentor junior team members and contribute to commercial reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related commercial/construction discipline.
• Experience as Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes.
• Experience working within CSA and/or MEP project environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with commercial reporting software is beneficial.

The opportunity

We are looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to support the commercial delivery of large-scale construction and data centre projects across Germany.

This role plays a key part in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account — supporting cost control, subcontractor management, procurement and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Opportunities are available across both CSA and MEP project scopes.

You’ll work closely with project delivery teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, commercially and in line with contractual requirements.
