Exyte seeks a Senior QA/QC Engineer - Mechanical (m/f/d) to support projects across Germany, including Dresden. You will perform inspections, evaluate compliance, and document findings to ensure high-quality mechanical installations.

The role requires hands-on experience in complex construction environments and strong communication with diverse stakeholders. German language is an advantage; travel within Germany is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Several years of hands-on inspection experience in construction or data center environments.
• Experience evaluating compliance and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and mechanical diagrams.

Join our team as a Senior QA/QC Engineer - Mechanical (m/f/d) and support projects across Germany.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Inspections: Perform comprehensive inspections of mechanical systems, to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, including discrepancies, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Generate comprehensive reports summarizing inspection results and recommendations for improvement.
• Testing and Evaluation: Conduct functional tests and performance evaluations of mechanical systems to validate their reliability, safety, and efficiency. Utilize specialized equipment and tools as necessary to assess system functionality and performance.
• Compliance Assurance: Stay abreast of EU directives, regulations, and standards relevant to mechanical systems. Ensure that mechanical installations and components meet the requirements outlined in these directives and standards.

Show Your Expertise

• Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of hands-on construction experience, conducting inspections, evaluating compliance, and implementing corrective actions.
• Proven experience in data centers, high-tech, or comparable complex construction environments.
• Thorough understanding of mechanical systems
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical diagrams.
• Advanced knowledge of EU directives and regulations
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Germany as required by the project assignments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
