Exyte is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager for a large-scale project in Germany. You will lead all project quality activities across CSA and MEP disciplines and manage the site quality team, ensuring the highest quality standards throughout project execution.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles within large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in data centers, high-tech, or comparable complex construction environments.
• Professional certification in Quality Management (e.g. Quality Engineer) is preferred.
• Practical experience with databases for construction execution (e.g. BIM, EIDA).
• Very good English language skills, German language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Germany as required by the project assignments.

• Develop and standardize QA program for projects according internal and customer requirements.

• Gather and organize statistical quality data across all projects.

Show Your Expertise

• Several years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles within large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience in data centers, high-tech, or comparable complex construction environments.
• Professional certification in Quality Management (e.g. Quality Engineer), additional qualifications such as Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, or Quality Process Analyst is preferred.
• Practical Experience with databases for construction execution (e.g. BIM, EIDA, or comparable systems).
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Germany as required by the project assignments.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ability to drive topics to completion with a clear focus, ensuring that issues are fully clarified and resolved.
