Quantum-Systems GmbH in Gilching bei München sucht eine Lead Supply Chain / Einkauf (m/w/d) zur zentralen Builder-Rolle im Aufbau einer neuen, sicherheitsrelevanten Beschaffungs- und Lieferantenarchitektur. Sie verantworten Materialverfügbarkeit, Kosten-, Termin- und Kapazitätsmanagement sowie Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten für Prototypen, Vorserie und Serie.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Engineering, Product Management, Production und Quality zusammen und übernehmen Ownership relevanter KPIs sowie

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im strategischen bzw. technischen Einkauf komplexer technischer Produkte.
• Praxis im Aufbau und der Entwicklung von Lieferanten sowie Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Stücklisten, Forecasts, Materialverfügbarkeit und Kapazitätsengpässen.

Für unsere neue Counter-Drones-Einheit bauen wir Supply Chain und Einkauf nicht nur auf Geschwindigkeit, sondern auf Resilienz, Skalierbarkeit und belastbare Lieferfähigkeit aus. Als Lead Supply Chain / Einkauf (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Builder-Rolle im Aufbau einer neuen, sicherheitsrelevanten Beschaffungs- und Lieferantenarchitektur am Standort Gilching bei München.

Du verantwortest Materialverfügbarkeit und Supplier-Aufbau: von Kosten-, Termin- und Kapazitätsmanagement über Preis-, Vertrags- und Lieferbedingungsverhandlungen bis hin zur Sicherstellung einer stabilen Versorgung für Prototypen, Vorserie und Serie.
