- Manage Real-World Evidence (RWE) research projects from planning through completion
- Develop study designs and define research objectives and methodologies
- Coordinate research activities and timelines across internal teams and external partners
- Oversee project progress to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and deadlines
- Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Ensure all research activities comply with scientific, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Communicate project updates and outcomes effectively to clients and stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of research processes and best practices
Ihr Profil
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant field such as Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Biostatistics
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Real-World Evidence (RWE) or health services research
- Proven experience managing research projects from design to delivery
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods used in RWE studies
- Understanding of ethics or IRB submission procedures and related documentation
- Strong knowledge of research and data protection regulations (e.g., ICH-GCP, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a structured work approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- High level of initiative, accountability, and attention to detail
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
