Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced project manager to ensure on-time delivery, budget control, and high customer satisfaction on complex energy projects. You will manage project activities, organize kickoff meetings, and assist the Project Director with cost structures in Oracle ERP.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or STEM, 2+ years of project leadership, and travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. Knowledge of nuclear project environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for on‑time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources
• Assist Project Director in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP
• Participate in customer, internal, and/or supplier project kickoff meetings and support the Project Director with preparation & coordination of customer, internal, and/or supplier kickoff meetings
• Develop and maintain a project roster including assigning and monitoring timely completion of project related training activities
• Support the development & issuance of the Project Management Plan & related project plans and project procedures; promotes implementation of project plans and procedures across the larger project team
• Support the development and deployment of project infrastructure and project tools
• Ensure compliance with U. S. government requirements as applicable
• Support coordination of project activities; monitor and control progress on project deliverables
• Ensure the conformance of project deliverables with contract and project requirements
• Organize and archive project correspondence and records consistent with Project Configuration Management Plan
• Lead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and project progress reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and a minimum of 2 years managing projects (nuclear preferred but any energy or other large scale projects)
• Ability to travel 25% domestic and international
