Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects. You will manage planning, cost control, scheduling, and risk mitigation while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires PMP certification, nuclear or power-industry familiarity, and strong experience with Primavera or MS Project to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to contract requirements. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 5 years experience as a project manager or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience working on projects
• Proven professional experience in project management, engineering or business
• Domestic and international travel up to 25%
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM
• Nuclear power experience in operations or engineering
• Proficient with project management software tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc)
• Fundamental-level financial or accounting knowledge
• Experience or familiarity with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Sodium Fast Reactor (SFR) designs
• Knowledge of the power industry, customer, and competitive environment
• Financial control knowledge and understanding

Aufgaben

• On-time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources
• Assist Project Director in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP
• Participate in customer, internal, and/or supplier project kickoff meetings and support the Project Director with preparation & coordination of customer, internal, and/or supplier kickoff meetings
• Develop and maintain a project roster including assigning and monitoring timely completion of project related training activities
• Develop and issue the Project Management Plan and related project plans and project procedures; facilitate the implementation of project plans and project procedures across the larger project team
• Project administration and configuration management of project documentation to assist the Project Director
• Support the development and deployment of project infrastructure and project tools
• Ensure compliance with U. S. export control and other requirements as applicable
• Support coordination of project activities; monitor and control progress on project deliverables
• Ensure the conformance of project deliverables with contract and project requirements
• Organize and archive project correspondence and records consistent with Project Configuration Management Plan
• Lead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and project progress reports
