You will guide teams of 3–6 consultants, translate roadmaps into executable programs, and collaborate with senior executives to implement decisions and grow your leadership capabilities within the company.

Qualifikationen

At Telekom Strategy Consulting (TSC), we combine the learning curve and working style of a leading strategy consulting firm with close ties to top management and the development opportunities offered by a global corporation. As Deutsche Telekom’s in-house consulting unit, we work on the company’s most important board priorities and major transformations. In doing so, we support projects from strategy through decision-making to implementation—thereby building a bridge from strategy consulting to future leadership roles within the company. Working in close proximity to top management, we develop strategies, new business models, and transformations—while simultaneously developing the leaders of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

• You will lead project teams of 3–6 consultants and be responsible for key strategy and transformation projects for top management.
• You will work directly with TSC partners and senior executives at Deutsche Telekom and actively help shape key decisions.
• You will develop clear strategic roadmaps and translate them into concrete programs, decisions, and implementation steps.
• You’ll tackle topics such as go-to-market, pricing, growth, digital business models, customer experience, and large-scale transformations.
• You’ll support projects beyond the traditional strategy phase and see how your recommendations are implemented and make an impact.
• You’ll help your team grow through coaching, feedback, and targeted responsibilities.
• At the same time, you’ll build a robust network within the company and develop your skills specifically toward future leadership roles.

Profile

• You have three to five years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm and have already managed project teams or larger workstreams.
• You are accustomed to structuring complex strategic issues for senior executives and translating them into clear decisions.
• You have experience in areas such as growth, go-to-market, digital business models, customer experience, data-driven marketing, product development, or transformation.
• You want to not only develop strategies but also take on increasing responsibility for their implementation and long-term business impact.
• You view AI both as a productive tool and as a key driver of future business models and transformations.
• You are confident in working with various stakeholders, including those at the top management level, and articulate your position clearly and substantively.
• You combine analytical excellence and entrepreneurial thinking with pragmatic execution.
• You have very good German and English language skills (at least C1).
