We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the PMO team supporting Emerson's T&M (Test & Measurement) Semiconductor Business Unit (SEBU) / SET. This role will lead the delivery of Power Semiconductor Reliability Test Systems, driving cross-functional collaboration and execution excellence. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

1. Lead cross-functional projects for the delivery of Power Semiconductor Reliability Test Systems.
2. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure successful execution.
3. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other teams.
4. Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
5. Contribute to PMO process improvements and mentor junior team members.
