As a small team that has quickly built the largest Community Choice Aggregation program in the country, high levels of trust, collaboration, and mission alignment are key factors in success. We value fact‑based creativity in our work, accountability with our stakeholders, and promote ethical engagement and diversity with our brand.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee project schedules, procurement, budgets, invoicing, and documentation. Responsible for exercising independent judgment in identifying and resolving risks related to scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for external technical stakeholders, including design‑build contractors, owner’s representatives, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) providers, and consultants. Lead coordination across internal teams, customers, contractors, utilities, and permitting jurisdictions to resolve technical, scheduling, and budget‑related issues. Assist with CPA customer and member agency communications.
