Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Zeit- und Ressourcenplanung, Budgetüberwachung, regelmäßige Status-Updates und die Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen. Sie arbeiten eigenständig, lösungsorientiert und behalten die Qualität und Termine im Blick.

Qualifikationen

• Nachweisliche Erfahrung als Senior Project Manager mit komplexen Projekten.
• Kenntnisse moderner PM-Prozesse und Software; MS Office.
• Digitale Projektimplementierungserfahrung und Produktionsworkflows.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Kick-off bis Lieferung.
• Planung von Zeitplänen, Kapazitäten, Ressourcen und Budgets.
• Zentraler Ansprechpartner zwischen interdisziplinären Teams und Abteilungen.
• Leitung von Meetings, Status-Updates und Abstimmungen.
• Überwachung von Produktion und Lieferung von Assets.
• Forecasts, Projektanalysen und Monatsberichte erstellen.
• Mitwirken an internen Initiativen zur Prozessverbesserung.
• Eigenständiges, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten im Team.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager - End-to-End Production (m/f/d) to join our PMO team in Hamburg.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Take full ownership of projects from kickoff to final delivery, including preparing proposals, commissioning external vendors, and coordinating with agencies within the network.
• Plan and manage project timelines, capacities, resources, and budgets, adapting to changes and evolving requirements.
• Act as a central point of contact between interdisciplinary teams and departments, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Independently coordinate and lead project meetings, status updates, and internal and external alignment.
• Oversee production and delivery of assets, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Prepare forecasts, project analyses, and monthly reports.
• Participate in internal initiatives, such as tool implementations, to continuously improve workflows.
• Work independently and solution-oriented while maintaining a strong team focus.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, successfully managing complex projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of modern project management principles, processes, and software, including Microsoft Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience in digital project implementation, including production workflows.
• Strong client orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations diplomatically.
• High initiative, goal-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and verbal.
