Qualifications

• Nachweisliche Erfahrung als Senior Project Manager
• Kenntnisse moderner Projektmanagementprinzipien, -prozesse und -software, einschließlich Microsoft Office-Tools
• Erfahrung in digitaler Projektdurchführung, einschließlich Produktionsworkflows
• Starke Kundenorientierung, ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Situationen diplomatisch zu navigieren
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, zielorientierte und teamorientierte Denkweise

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from kickoff to final delivery, including preparing proposals, commissioning external vendors, and coordinating with agencies within the network.
• Plan and manage project timelines, capacities, resources, and budgets, adapting to changes and evolving requirements.
• Act as a central point of contact between interdisciplinary teams and departments, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Independently coordinate and lead project meetings, status updates, and internal and external alignment.
• Oversee production and delivery of assets, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Prepare forecasts, project analyses, and monthly reports.
• Participate in internal initiatives, such as tool implementations, to continuously improve workflows.
• Work independently and solution-oriented while maintaining a strong team focus.

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, successfully managing complex projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of modern project management principles, processes, and software, including Microsoft Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience in digital project implementation, including production workflows.
• Strong client orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations diplomatically.
• High initiative, goal-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and verbal.
