DEPT® in Germany is seeking a Project Manager (d/f/m) to create exciting technological projects with the best design and first-class usability. You will plan and coordinate complex online and e-commerce projects, manage offers, and oversee milestones, budgets and key figures.

You will act as the central interface between internal and external stakeholders, lead interdisciplinary teams across locations, and apply classic and agile project management methodologies using tools like Jira or Asana.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of client-facing agency or corporate consulting experience.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience in digital/e-commerce project delivery.
• Proficient with classic and agile PM methods and tools (e.g. Jira, Asana).
• Ability to create cost overviews and project offers.

This position sits in our Experience & Engineering business unit. We deliver many services, from strategy and a performance-driven full-funnel approach to campaigning, e-commerce, data & analytics and content. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and engaging digital experiences.

Job Purpose

For our team in Germany, we are looking for a Project Manager (d/f/m) who will create exciting technological projects with the best design and first-class usability together with our client.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Planning, coordination and implementation of complex online and e-commerce projects, always keeping an eye on the fulfillment of milestones.
• Manage the entire project from the preparation of the offer to the control of the relevant key figures in order to realize the project on time and in budget.
• You are a central interface in the communication and clarification of requirements and needs between internal and external stakeholders as well as with our implementing expert teams.
• When advising and supporting our customers, you will impress them with your confident and proactive manner.
• Use your knowledge and experience in stakeholder management, risk management, controlling and reporting.
• On a day-to-day basis, you will lead an interdisciplinary project team, also across locations, and will be in regular, close contact with each other.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have at least 5+ years of experience in a client-facing agency-role or in direct, competent and trustworthy consulting of clients in a corporate environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• You have practical experience in the technical implementation of digital projects and/or e-commerce projects.
• You already have experience in (multi-)project management as well as the classic and agile project management methods and tools (e.g. Asana or Jira).
• You are skilled in the creation of cost overviews and offers.
• Design project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Create re-briefings and document deadlines with clients.
• Work independently, on your own responsibility, in a structured and organized manner, characterized by a high sense of quality and a great sense of responsibility.
• See yourself as a team player and already have some experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA to achieve the common goal.
