You will oversee the planning and coordination of engineering projects, ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have a strong engineering background and experience in EPC project management, along with interpersonal and customer service skills.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in EPC Turnkey project management in construction/plants, ideally in PV.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating and aligning with internal and external stakeholders – clients, contractors, construction authorities, internal teams and on-site personnel;
• Planning, supervising and coordinating of the development of the assigned projects
• Keeping track and participating in development, engineering and construction documentation activities
• Arranging and leading relevant project meetings
• Executing control over construction works, performing quality checks
• Building strong and cooperative internal relationships with the other departments within the group and their stakeholders
• Keeping project documentation actual in all project phases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Several years of experience in EPC Turnkey project management in the construction / plant engineering industry, ideally in the field of PV power plants
• Reporting and handling of subcontractors
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Computer skills - MS Office, MS Project, ideally knowledge of Procore;
• Fluent English (written & verbal); German is an advantage
