• Solid understanding of SDLC, system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, testing, release management, and production support.
• Practices Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban or hybrid methods.
• Hands-on Jira proficiency for backlog management, sprint planning, and dashboards.
• Experience with Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.
• Experience coaching Agile practices and governance requirements.
• Experience in electrical utility, energy, telecom, or critical infrastructure industries.
• Experience delivering solutions for field ops, customer service, network ops, asset management, engineering, or regulated processes.

This hybrid, 6-12 month contract requires a delivery-focused leader who can manage complex programs, competing priorities, vendors, and distributed teams while maintaining clear accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes.The successful candidate must communicate with equal effectiveness across the organization - from C-level executives and steering committees to entry-level business users, technical specialists, and near-shore software development teams. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
