Aston Carter is seeking an Early Careers Program Manager to design and scale global early career programs across multiple sites, including interns, grads, apprentices, managers, and volunteers. You will work with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, and global stakeholders to balance strategy with execution and build scalable frameworks.
The role covers end-to-end program design, delivery, and optimization, using data to drive decisions and improve effectiveness.
We are seeking a Program Analyst to support and scale our Global Early Career Programs. This role is responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, and optimization of multi-site programs for interns, apprentices, new college grads, managers, and volunteers. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, and global stakeholders to balance strategy and execution, manage multiple workstreams, build scalable program frameworks, and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments, influences without authority, and turns strategy into measurable, operational impact. You will work across various offices, collaborating closely with People Ops teams and global stakeholders. The position requires managing multiple concurrent workstreams and delivering high-quality program components under tight deadlines.
This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
