Coordinate cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, including NVISO security consultants, engineers, and client-side teams;

Identify, track, and mitigate project and program risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and governance structures (steering committees, status meetings, escalation paths);

Support pre‑sales activities where relevant, such as scoping engagements, estimating effort, and contributing to proposals;

Drive continuous improvement of program/project management practices within NVISO's delivery teams;

Ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout the project/program lifecycle.

You hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states or the Austrian citizenship;

Several years of proven experience (typically 7+ years) as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager, ideally in IT, security consulting, or technology-driven environments;

Strong affinity for or demonstrable experience in cybersecurity - understanding of security concepts, terminology, and the challenges clients face (prior direct cybersecurity project experience is a plus, but not mandatory);
