PIO | Communication Agency in Berlin seeks a Senior Program Manager (m/f/d) to join our team supporting the eBay account. The role is based at the Berlin office with a hybrid model combining time at the office and remote work.

You will coordinate rollout of regulatory requirements across EU platforms, collaborate with Legal, Product, Policy and Business teams, track features and deadlines, and provide regular status updates.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of experience in project or program coordination in tech/regulatory/consulting environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Interest or background in environmental or product compliance is a plus.
• Comfortable using Jira, Confluence, and Excel.

To support our client eBay, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager (m/f/d) to start immediately, at the Berlin office (currently: hybrid between office and home office).

• Coordinate the rollout of compliance requirements across eBay’s EU platforms – ensuring new regulatory obligations are implemented correctly and on time.
• Work closely with Legal, Product, Policy, and Business teams to align on requirements and ensure smooth execution.
• Track compliance-related product features, actions, and deadlines – ensuring responsibilities are clear and progress is transparent.
• Consolidate requirements into clear deliverables for Product and monitor their execution.
• Prepare regular status updates and elevate potential risks or misalignments early.
• Support reporting and documentation for broader regulatory initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and propose simple improvements to enhance cross-team collaboration.

Your background:

• 4–6 years of experience in project or program coordination, preferably in a tech, regulatory, or consulting environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Interest or background in environmental or product compliance is a plus.
• Comfortable using standard PM and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel).
• Fluent in English (business level); other EU languages are a plus.
