Avenga is seeking a motivated Program Manager to own the integration of a client’s product portfolio. You will coordinate with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support to deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple regions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in program management, strong planning and budgeting skills, excellent communication, and a track record in Agile/Scrum environments. Bachelor's degree required; PMP or similar certifications are a plus.

Core skills you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, ideally in software product integration or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT asset management, software licensing, and cloud optimization is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
