• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, Digital Consulting or a comparable role.
• Proven experience shipping digital products and leading complex initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional experience across product, design, technology and business.
• Strong understanding of agile product development and product leadership.
• Ability to connect user needs, business goals, technology and delivery realities.
• Experience owning scope, budget, delivery and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management, with the confidence to challenge and influence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity and organizational change.
• Genuine interest in AI and its practical impact on products and organizations.
• Experience in digital transformation, consulting or multi-workstream programs is a strong plus.
• Native German and fluent English.

• Act as a senior counterpart to Product Owners and stakeholders across business, technology and design.
• Translate user and business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, priorities and decisions.

• Own and steer scope, budget, dependencies, risks and delivery.
