Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a product leader in Berlin to own the AI-driven product vision from discovery to delivery. You will translate customer needs into a clear, scalable direction and bridge business and technology to move ideas forward.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, marketing, and leadership; talk to customers directly; prototype, spec, and validate assumptions while keeping user needs at the forefront.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6+ years in product management.
• Be technically fluent in AI/ML.
• Understand LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
• Understand the stack (GPUs, compute, models, applications)
• Put the customer first.
• Run discovery and extract real needs.
• Operate with high agency.
• Get hands‑on – prototype, write specs, test assumptions, validate with users.
• Experience from AdTech, media, or advertising.
• Understand programmatic ecosystems, real‑time systems, and business models.
