IDnow in Munich/Berlin or Rennes seeks a Communication Marketing Manager to own B2B product communications in a fast-paced SaaS environment for identity verification and fintech.

You will draft customer-facing communications, align with Product and Marketing, support CAB events, and coordinate product updates, including end-of-life notices, across European markets.

Qualifikationen

• Up to 5 years of experience in a customer communications, product marketing, or product communications role.
• Strong B2B SaaS background, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Demonstrated experience writing product communications at a technical level (e.g. feature updates, EOL notices, product deprecations).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

IDnow is lookingforCommunication Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to join our team.This is primarily a product communications role within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment in the identity verification and fintech space.

The successful candidate will be a key support resource for our Customer AdvisoryBoard andwill take ownership of B2B product communications, including end-of-life notices and product update announcements.
