ProGlove is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the software and service business, acting as the CEO of the product line with accountability for strategy, growth, customer outcomes and long-term value creation. You will report to the CPO and work within the Product Management team.

The role emphasizes commercial impact, cloud-based SaaS delivery, and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, with hybrid work from Munich.

Your mission

As our Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving ProGlove's software and solution offering.
You will operate as the “CEO” of the software and service business inside the company, with accountability for strategy, P&L, growth, customer outcomes, and long-term value creation. The mission is not to manage an existing business. The mission is to build one. Success will have a measurable impact on the company’s growth profile, competitive positioning and profitability. The role reports directly to the CPO and will be part of the product management team.

Required qualifications

• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence teams and senior leadership.
• Professional fluency in English.
