• Ensure lifecycle management from risk profiles to account closure.
• Enable international expansion with scalable KYC and account management.

We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager (f/m/d) to own and shape our KYC, authentication, registration, and account lifecycle capabilities. You will drive scalable and secure solutions that create seamless customer experiences while meeting regulatory requirements and supporting our international growth.

Your tasks:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Player Account Management, including KYC, authentication, registration, and account lifecycle.

• Optimize KYC and identity verification, balancing conversion, compliance, and security.

• Drive seamless and secure authentication and account access, including login, sessions, device recognition, bot detection, and recovery.

• Own registration and account integrity across tenants, devices, and providers, including duplicate account prevention.

• Ensure accurate and consistent account lifecycle management, from risk profiles and restrictions to account closure.

• Enable international expansion with scalable KYC, authentication, and account management solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Customer Care, Fraud, AML, Payments, and business teams.

• Define and improve key product KPIs, including KYC conversion, login success, and account integrity.
