Job summary

Taktile is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own the core platform that powers all products and enterprise customers. You will manage permissions, environments, deployment, connectivity and developer tooling, collaborating with engineers on cloud, login and networking details.

A successful candidate has several years of platform PM experience, especially in identity/access or deployment models, plus familiarity with AI agents and MCP in regulated settings.

This role owns the direction of the core platform that every Taktile product and enterprise customer sits on, including permissions, environments, deployment, connectivity and developer tooling. A strong candidate has several years of product management on platform topics like identity and access or deployment models, and enough technical depth to work through cloud, login and networking details with engineers. Comfort with security reviews and enterprise IT buyers matters, as does knowing AI agents and MCP.

The platform has to serve both human users and AI agents, so questions like what an agent is allowed to do, and how its actions are controlled, become everyday product decisions. AI can speed up research, requirement writing and usage analysis. Judgment on risk, trust with security and compliance stakeholders, and tradeoffs between speed and reliability stay human.

Working here means shaping how AI agents get access, permissions and extensions inside systems that make credit, fraud and anti money laundering decisions for banks and insurers.
