Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape scalable pharmaceutical operations at Europe’s largest online pharmacy. You will bridge product, operations, engineering and AI to transform regulatory and operational challenges into intelligent, future-ready systems.

You’ll drive cross‑functional collaboration, apply modern AI tools, and travel monthly to our Cologne and Sevenum offices to align stakeholders and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• You have extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager with a track record of designing complex end-to-end systems.
• You translate complex business requirements into clear product architectures and measurable outcomes.
• You are passionate about AI and automation and have hands-on experience applying AI tools to drive product innovation.
• You are fluent in English and at least B2 level German and willing to travel monthly to Cologne and Sevenum.

• Shape the future of pharmaceutical processes by designing scalable, end-to-end product solutions that balance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and long-term business growth.
• Transform complex business and regulatory challenges into intuitive system designs and structured product architectures that enable engineering teams to deliver with confidence.
• Drive collaboration across operations, product, and engineering, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and ensuring impactful solutions are delivered from concept to implementation.
• Unlock the potential of AI and intelligent automation by identifying opportunities to improve workflow orchestration, document generation, and decision-making through agent-based solutions and modern AI technologies.
• Validate and continuously improve products through experimentation, data-driven insights, and rapid prototyping, leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, and other emerging technologies to scale high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

About you:

• You have extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager (or in a comparable product leadership role), with a proven track record of designing complex end-to-end systems and scalable digital products.
• You combine strong analytical thinking with a structured approach, enabling you to translate complex business requirements into clear product architectures and measurable outcomes.
• You are passionate about AI, automation, and intelligent workflow systems, with hands-on experience applying modern AI tools to solve real business challenges and accelerate product innovation.
• You are fluent in English and have at least a B2 level of German, and you enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, travelling regularly to our offices in Cologne and Sevenum (approximately once per month).
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries and familiarity with the European healthcare market are a strong advantage.
