How you will make an impact

As a Senior Product Manager in Payouts, you will lead the product vision and strategy for Payrails' global Payouts product. You will be responsible for defining and delivering a best-in-class payout experience that enables our customers to move money quickly, reliably, and at scale.

  • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Payouts from opportunity identification and scoping to launch, iteration, and adoption.
  • Define and drive the Payouts roadmap, aligning closely with business goals, customer needs, and Payrails' broader platform strategy.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable product scope, working in close collaboration with Engineering, data, GTM, and external partners.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify payout use cases, reduce friction, and unlock new capabilities for customers.
  • Develop and track clear success metrics to measure product adoption, performance, and reliability, and use data to inform continuous improvements.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new features and improvements by partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and gather feedback.
  • Conduct market and user research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure Payrails' Payouts offering is competitive, innovative, and customer-centric.
  • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring strong communication and shared understanding throughout the product development process.
What we are looking for
  • You have a minimum of 7 years in B2B SaaS Product Management.
  • You have strong experience in building customer facing data products working with AI, data science and ML teams.
  • You have proven experience driving end to end products from 0-1 and/or 1-N - from scoping to GTM.
  • You have experience working with SQL being able to dive into data on your own.
  • You have experience working with Enterprise level customers in complex environments.
  • You have the ability to drive workshops, design sessions and user research.
  • You have the ability to communicate complex problems in a simple manner to stakeholders of various levels.
  • You have experience working with diverse product teams - including close collaboration with Design functions (UX and UI).
  • Experience working with payments is desirable.
  • Experience building self-service data analytics and integration products is preferred.
  • You are passionate about new technologies and innovations in fintech.
