Digital Charging Solutions GmbH sucht erfahrene Produktmanager, die Verantwortung für Produkte übernehmen und eng mit Engineering, Vertrieb und Marketing zusammenarbeiten. Sie gestalten Roadmaps, erstellen Business Cases und setzen klare KPIs, um Profitabilität und Wachstum zu steigern.

Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Team in Berlin/München, tragen zur strategischen Produktentwicklung bei und treiben Innovationen im Mobilitätssektor voran.

Qualifications

• Umfassende Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement mit echter Produktverantwortung, idealerweise inkl. P&L-Verantwortung.
• Kaufmännische Denkweise: KPIs setzen, Gewinn und Umsatz berücksichtigen.
• Gutes Verständnis von Technologie und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Vertrieb und Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für Produkte von der ersten Idee bis zum Ende ihres Lebens und steuernde kommerziellen Erfolg.
• Erarbeitung klarer Roadmaps und Business Cases, um Unterstützung des oberen Managements zu gewinnen und messbares Wachstum zu erzielen.
• Entscheiden, wo investiert wird und wo nicht, mit Fokus auf Gewinn statt nur Umsatz.
• Formen, wie Product Management bei DCS arbeitet, indem Standards gesetzt werden.

Make an Impact by:

• Taking full ownership of your products from the first idea to the end of their life and steering them to commercial success
• Building clear roadmaps and business cases that earn the support of senior management and deliver measurable growth
• Deciding where to invest and what to stop, with a clear view on profit and not only on revenue
• Shaping how product management works at DCS by setting standards and showing what good looks like
• Inspiring and mentoring colleagues across product, engineering and commercial teams so that more people take ownership

Your Profile

• Solid experience in product management with real product responsibility, ideally including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
• A commercial mindset: setting your own KPIs, focusing on profit as well as revenue and making your case to senior management
• Good understanding of technology and the confidence to work closely with engineering, commercial and marketing colleagues
• A real sense of ownership and clear communication at every level, with the ability to inspire and mentor others
• Nice to have: experience in e-mobility, energy or software businesses (similar industries are welcome)
