BESTSECRET Group is seeking a Product Manager for its Tech-Logistics team in Berlin. You will shape the product vision, validate user problems with data-driven hypotheses, and drive sprint planning to maximize value and ROI.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric features and optimize the logistics process, ensuring efficient, reliable, and fast order delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track-record within the eCommerce and Logistics area with focus on product management/ownership in agile environment.
• Data-driven decision making based on insights to derive actions oriented toward customer needs.
• Work backwards from the vision to define the road ahead and deliver customer value.
• Technical understanding of tech processes, systems and web applications.
• Empathetic communication, optimism, and teamwork in challenging situations.
• Fluency in English; German language is a plus.

As Team Tech-Logistics, we are responsible for the development of solutions across the entire logistics process in an agile environment. From the delivery of goods, through the ordering process, to returns management. Our goal is to make the delivery of the order as convenient as possible for the customer and make the logistics behind it efficient, reliable and fast as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Co-creation of a compelling product vision, by usingdata & insights to shape the way forward.
• You’ll develop and validate hypotheses on user problems and work with user stories as part of theproductdevelopment activities.
• You’ll drivesprintplanningactivitiesas part of the productdevelopmentprocess and prioritize and managetheproduct backlogto optimize user value and ROI.
• Creating & improving our software to maximize efficiency of our logistic
• Togetherwithstakeholdersfromother departments and development teams you’ll deliverthehighest customervalueand successful product features.

Your Qualifications

• You workbackwardsfrom the vision todefinethe roadahead and deliver customer value.

Experience In Analyzing, Elaborating And Prioritizing Requirements.

• Technical understanding of Tech processes, Tech systems and web applications:you have an excellent technical understanding of tech processes, systems and web applications as well as a good feeling for the mapping of technical requirements into suitable solutions.
• People like to work with you because you communicate empathetically and radiate optimism - even when there are difficult issues to deal with.
• You are versed in English. German language is a plus.
