Verwaltungssprung GmbH, a Berlin-based GovTech innovator, seeks a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) to lead new AI-enabled use cases from scratch. You will shape product architecture with Engineering and AI, conduct user research, and set roadmap priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Fluent English is required; German is a strong plus. You will own scope, success metrics, and stakeholder alignment, delivering usable, scalable solutions with fast decision-making and meaningful impact from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing digital products.
• An AI-native way of working with Claude/Claude Code for prototyping and analysis.
• Proven track record of building commercially successful products from 0 to 1.
• Self-driven and resilient in fast-moving, partially defined environments.
• Strong communication skills aligning business, technical and non-technical people.
• Solid experience with modern agile product development methods.
• Experience in startup/scale-up/consulting-like environments with high ownership and fast decision-making.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.

Verwaltungssprung is a Berlin-based GovTech company developing AI-powered software solutions to simplify and digitize administrative processes. Our platform enables citizens and public institutions to access secure, user-friendly, and fully digital public services.
As we expand our agentic AI platform with new use cases, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) who thrives on building new use cases from scratch and enjoys bringing clarity and focus to evolving environments.

Tasks

What you bring to the role

• An AI-native way of working: you use tools such as Claude and Claude Code daily to prototype, analyze and accelerate your work, not just experimenting with them

• A proven track record of building commercially successful products from 0 to 1

• Self-driven and resilient: you feel comfortable in fast-moving settings where not everything is defined yet

• Strong communication skills: you align business, technical and non-technical people and hold your ground when needed

• Solid experience with modern agile product development methods

• Experience in startup, scale-up or consulting-like environments with high ownership and fast decision-making

• Fluent English skills; German is a strong plus

Nice to have

• Previous experience shipping agentic AI or RAG-based products

• Technical depth to discuss system design and LLM evaluation with engineers as a peer
