Job summary

Verwaltungssprung in Berlin is seeking a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) to build new use cases from scratch and bring clarity to evolving environments. You will drive ideation, architecture with Engineering/AI, and user research with stakeholders to shape a data-driven product lifecycle.

You will own roadmaps, prioritize decisions, and ensure quality and reliable AI features while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, building customer-facing digital products.
• An AI-native way of working: you use tools such as Claude and Claude Code daily to prototype, analyze and accelerate your work.
• A proven track record of building commercially successful products from 0 to 1.
• Self-driven and resilient: you feel comfortable in fast-moving settings where not everything is defined yet.
• Strong communication skills: you align business, technical and non-technical people and hold your ground when needed.
• Solid experience with modern agile product development methods.
• Experience in startup, scale-up or consulting-like environments with high ownership and fast decision-making.
• Fluent English skills; German is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

As we expand our agentic AI platform with new use cases, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) who thrives on building new use cases from scratch and enjoys bringing clarity and focus to evolving environments.
