Kranus Health GmbH is seeking a Product Manager for its consumer-facing Digital Therapeutics to own the patient journey from prescription to onboarding, active therapy, and ongoing impact, combining behavioral insight with AI to move patients forward.

You will own mobile apps across urology and gynecology, optimize App Store performance, and partner with a cross-disciplinary team to deliver a beautiful, effective product that changes lives.

Our newest therapy, Kranus Mictera, treats urinary incontinence in women, a condition that affects one in three women and that almost no onetakes seriously. Our therapies are built together with leading clinicians and scientists, prescribed by doctors, and reimbursed by health insurers, whichmeans everything you ship reaches patients with a real diagnosis instead of a wellness audience. The Role

As our Product Manager in charge of our consumer-facing Digital Therapeutics, you will lead the way to transform our platform of therapies from good to first-class with taste. This is not a feature-shipping role. We want someone who thinks in user journeys, obsesses over behavior change, and can tell the difference between a product that works and one that genuinely moves patients forward.

Your responsibilities

• Therapy ownership: You own the full patient journey end-to-end - from the moment a doctor prescribes the therapy, through onboarding and the active therapy phase, to the point where patients feel a real difference and stay. AI is part of the work and part of the product - but it's a means to an end, not the goal itself.
• Behavior & retention: You apply proven knowledge of habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and engagement mechanics to drive sustainable usage.
• Mobile ownership: You own our therapy apps across urology and gynecology end-to-end.
• App Store excellence: You treat ratings, store presence, and ASO as core product levers, and actively optimize the funnel from impression to activation.
