Venture Up is seeking a Senior Data & AI Product Manager to lead internal data products with Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers. You will own the roadmap for an AI-native analytics platform used across the business and help turn AI insights into practical tools.

You will work in a hybrid setup with a global team, shaping how data products are built, adopted, and iterated, and you'll use cutting-edge AI to empower hundreds of colleagues.

Do you want to be the person who turns data and AI into products that people actually use? As a Senior Data & AI Product Manager, you'll work alongside Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to build and scale internal data products that help hundreds of colleagues make faster, smarter decisions across the business.

What You'll Do:

Own Data & AI Products: Take ownership of the roadmap for internal data products, including an AI-native conversational analytics platform, from early scoping through launch and iteration.

Turn AI Into Real Products: Work with modern AI tooling every day, helping turn emerging capabilities into genuinely useful tools adopted across the business.

Drive Product Adoption: Use behavioural and usage data to understand how people interact with internal products and decide what to build next.

Bring Structure to Complexity: Translate messy, cross-functional requirements from Analysts, Data Scientists, and commercial teams into clear product priorities.

Build the Playbook: Help define how data product management should work across the organisation, creating the processes, frameworks, and best practices as you go.

The Team:

You’ll join a small team inside a much larger engineering organisation, working closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers on products used across the entire business. It's a team that cares about impact, collaboration, and learning together, using modern tooling and genuine AI-native workflows day to day.

What They're Looking For:

• Strong experience shipping complex products in fast-paced environments
• Background in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Data Product Management, or a similarly product-focused role
• Proven experience driving adoption of an internal product, tool, or platform
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to turn unstructured needs into a clear product roadmap
• Comfortable working closely with Data, Engineering, and commercial stakeholders
• A proactive, hands‑on mindset, someone who prefers shipping, learning, and iterating over endless process
• Genuine hands‑on experience using cutting-edge AI and LLM tools as part of your everyday workflow
• Data product experience is a strong plus, but not essential
