Job summary

TradeLink in München sucht einen (Senior) Product Engineer / Fullstack, der End-to-End-Features über Backend und Frontend baut und KI-getriebene Produktfähigkeiten implementiert. Sie arbeiten eng mit Produkt, Engineering und GTM zusammen, um reale Logistikprobleme zu lösen und Lösungen eigenverantwortlich von der Idee bis zur Produktion zu tragen.

Sie bringen pragmatische Produktorientierung, Ownership und eine starke Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit mit einem Lean, hochwirksamen Team mit.

Qualifications

• Umfassende Erfahrung in Full-Stack-Entwicklung mit Fokus auf Produktfähigkeit und Ownership.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Ruby on Rails oder Node.js, plus JavaScript/React.
• Pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf Schnelligkeit und Qualität.
• Erfahrung mit modernen KI-Tools (z. B. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code).
• Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten bei Unsicherheit und Produktdenken.
• Fließend Deutsch & Englisch.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End-Features über Backend und Frontend bauen und liefern.
• KI-gestützte Produktfähigkeiten entwerfen und implementieren.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Probleme first-hand untersuchen und lösen.
• Features von der Idee bis Production übernehmen und iterieren.
• Systemarchitektur, Skalierbarkeit und Wartbarkeit verbessern.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Engineering und GTM zur Lösung logistischer Probleme.
• Technische Entscheidungen mitgestalten und Roadmap planen.
• Andere Ingenieure unterstützen und blockieren vermeiden.

We are looking for a (Senior) Product Engineer / Fullstack (all genders) in Munich. You will play a key role in building and scaling our product by combining strong product thinking, solid technical understanding, and AI-driven innovation. As a (Senior) Product Engineer / Fullstack (all genders), you will drive end-to-end product initiatives, shape AI-powered features, and help define the direction of our platform. We are looking for a pragmatic, product-minded builder with a strong ownership mindset, who can turn customer problems into impactful solutions and thrives in a lean, high-impact team.

Aufgaben

• You build and ship end-to-end features across backend and frontend
• You design and implement AI-driven product capabilities (e.g. agentic workflows, AI-assisted features)
• You work close to the customer, investigating and resolving user issues first hand
• You take ownership of features from idea to production and iteration
• You improve system architecture, scalability, and maintainability
• You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM to solve real logistics problems
• You contribute to technical decisions and roadmap planning
• You support and unblock other engineers

Qualifikation

• Strong full-stack engineering skills (Ruby on Rails or Node.js, plus JavaScript and React)
• Proven ability to deliver features end-to-end with high ownership
• Pragmatic mindset with a strong balance of speed and quality
• Experience with modern AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity
• Product mindset with a focus on user value
• Fluent in German & English

Nice to have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Experience with customer integration projects
• Background in the logistics industry
