Job summary

Wwshemi seeks a product-focused, full-stack engineer to shape user experiences and own customer-facing features from React to Python in a hybrid Munich-based setup. You will collaborate with founders, design, and growth to drive meaningful product decisions and improve core metrics.

The role emphasizes shipping production features, user-centric design, and leveraging AI tools to inform decisions, with in-person gatherings a few times per year across Europe.

Qualifications

• Shipping and owning a production product used by real customers.
• Full-stack skills: React, Python, APIs and deployment.
• Strong product judgment, user empathy, and independent design decisions.
• Experience building at an early-stage company or founding a product with real traction.
• Experience improving product metrics such as activation, retention, or conversion.
• Comfort using AI development tools and forming informed opinions about them.

About the Role

Join a small team building AI software that helps people delegate work to AI teammates. As a product-focused, full-stack engineer, you will shape how users manage and trust these tools, own customer-facing experiences end to end, and help improve the product metrics that matter.
